Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register an account and use okpl Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older as mandated by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and Philippine law governing legal gambling activity.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines with a valid Philippine address and contact information.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law, including but not limited to not being declared legally incompetent, bankrupt, or under legal guardianship.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or self-exclusion programs.
• You must not be employed by okpl, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, service providers, or any individual holding a position that could create a conflict of interest or provide unfair gaming advantage.

1.2 Account Creation Process

Account registration with okpl requires you to provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, complete residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile phone number. You may only create and maintain one account with okpl - multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

1.3 Identity Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter, okpl reserves the right to request identity verification documentation including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of residential address (utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshots of e-wallet accounts, bank statements showing account holder name). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Account Security and Responsibilities

2.1 Password Security

2.3 Prohibited Account Sharing

okpl accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets through your account, or otherwise utilize any aspect of okpl Services through your account credentials. Account sharing, lending, selling, or transferring accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okpl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party arising from your use of okpl Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if okpl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your okpl account during the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7.2 User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless okpl, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, costs, claims, and demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms, your use of okpl Services, your breach of any law or third-party rights, or any content you submit or transmit through okpl Services.

General Provisions

8.1 Amendments to Terms

okpl reserves the unconditional right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time for any reason including but not limited to changes in regulatory requirements, business operations, technical capabilities, or risk management policies. Amended Terms become effective immediately upon posting to the okpl website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes through email or account notifications, but you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Your continued use of okpl Services after any modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with okpl Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and okpl regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
